Pursuant to section 8 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice of the Minister of Justice given at the request of the General Synod of the Anglican Church, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
Order
1 Title and commencement
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1990.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2 Authorised Trust Boards
-
Schedule 1 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981 (as amended by clause 2 of the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1982 and clause 2 of the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1985) is hereby amended by adding the name of The St Stephen’s and Queen Victoria Schools Trust Board.

Explanatory note
This note is nor part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
The order declares the St Stephen’s and Queen Victoria Schools Trust Board to be an authorised Trust Board for the purposes of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
