These regulations are made under sections 38 and 100 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Civil Aviation Charges Regulations (No 2) 1991 Amendment Regulations 2019.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2019.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the Civil Aviation Charges Regulations (No 2) 1991 (the principal regulations).
4 Regulations 20 to 20B revoked
Revoke regulations 20 to 20B.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2019, amend the Civil Aviation Charges Regulations (No 2) 1991 to revoke regulations 20 to 20B. The revoked regulations relate to international passenger security charges, domestic passenger security charges, and returns and payment arrangements for domestic passenger security charges. The content of the revoked regulations, with necessary updates and adjustments, is being moved to the Civil Aviation (Safety) Levies Order 2002 by the Civil Aviation (Safety and Security) Levies Amendment Order 2019.
