Note
These regulations are administered in the Ministry for the Environment.
Pursuant to section 360 of the Resource Management Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title

(1) These regulations are the Resource Management (Transitional, Fees, Rents, and Royalties) Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2003.
(2) In these Regulations, the Resource Management (Transitional, Fees, Rents, and Royalties) Regulations 19911 are called
“the principal regulations”
.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 August 2003.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which amend the Resource Management (Transitional, Fees, Rents, and Royalties) Regulations 1991, come into force on 1 August 2003, the same day as the Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedure) Regulations 2003.
The effect of the amendments is to revoke the schedule of fees for various applications. Schedule 2 of the Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedure) Regulations 2003 sets out the application fees that have to date been included as Schedule 1 of the principal regulations.
