DFC New Zealand Limited (Appointment of Statutory Managers) Order 1992: revoked, on 6 November 2008, by clause 3 of the Regulations Revocation Order 2008 (SR 2008/367).

This order is administered by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
PURSUANT to section 141(3) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and, in relation to clause 2 hereof, on the advice of the Minister of Finance given on the recommendation of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, hereby makes the following order
1 Title and commencement

(1) This order may be cited as the DFC New Zealand Limited (Appointment of Statutory Managers) Order 1992.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1992.
2 Appointment of new statutory managers

(1) John Anthony Waller and Paul Richard Preston, both of Auckland, Chartered Accountants, are hereby appointed as statutory managers of DFC New Zealand Limited and of every subsidiary of DFC New Zealand Limited that is subject to statutory management under the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 immediately before the commencement of this order to replace Samford Lee Maier of Wellington, Banker, whose resignation as statutory manager takes effect on and from the close of the 30th day of April 1992.
(2) The powers conferred on the statutory managers by Part 5 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 may be exercised by those persons individually.

Explanatory note
This order is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 May 1992, appoints John Anthony Waller and Paul Richard Preston, both of Auckland, Chartered Accountants, as statutory managers of DFC New Zealand Limited and its subsidiaries in place of Samford Lee Maier who resigns as statutory manager on the close of 30 April 1992.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
