This order is administered in the Ministry of Transport.
PURSUANT to section 37(7) of the Land Transport Act 1993, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Land Transport Act Commencement Order 1994.
2 Commencement of section 37 of Land Transport Act 1993
Section 37 of the Land Transport Act 1993 shall come into force on the 18th day of March 1994.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force, on 18 March 1994, section 37 of the Land Transport Act 1993.
Section 37 provides for the transfer of employees from the Ministry of Transport to Vehicle Testing New Zealand Limited.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
