This order is administered in the Ministry of Transport.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which shall come into force on the 15th day of December 1995, revokes the Motor Spirits Duty Refund Regulations 19781.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 15 December 1995, revokes the Motor Spirits Duty Refund Regulations 1978. The matters dealt with by these regulations are now dealt with by Part 5 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.

Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.

Date of notification in Gazette: 16 November 1995.
