This order is administered in the New Zealand Customs.

PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Explanatory note

This order brings into force, on 1 October 1996, the Customs and Excise Act 1996.
