Note
This order is administered in the Ministry of Commerce.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Copyright Amendment Act 1996, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Copyright Amendment Act Commencement Order 1996.
2 Commencement of Copyright Amendment Act 1996
The Copyright Amendment Act 1996 shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1996.
