This order is administered in the Ministry of Justice.

PURSUANT to section 1(3) of the Judicature Amendment Act 1998, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title

  • This order may be cited as the Judicature Amendment Act 1998 Commencement Order 1998.

2 Commencement of section 9 of Judicature Amendment Act 1998

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings into force, on 23 July 1998, section 9 of the Judicature Amendment Act 1998.
