(1) This notice may be cited as the revocation of Student Allowances Notices.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 October 1998.

This note is not part of this notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice revokes the Student Allowances Notice 1995, the Education (Student Allowances) Notice 1998, and the Education (Student Allowances) Amendment Notice 1998. Those notices are no longer required because the value of student allowances is now prescribed in regulations.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
