This order is administered in the Treasury.

PURSUANT to section 48(5) of the Crown Research Institutes Act 1992, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings into force, on 10 April 1998, section 48 of the Crown Research Institutes Act 1992. That section relates to certain repeals and amendments.
