Biosecurity (Bovine Tuberculosis—Cattle Levy) Amendment Order 2001: revoked, on 1 August 2016, pursuant to clause 27 of the Biosecurity (Bovine Tuberculosis—Cattle and Deer Levy) Order 2016 (LI 2016/111).

This order is administered by the Ministry for Primary Industries.
Pursuant to section 90 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title

This order is the Biosecurity (Bovine Tuberculosis—Cattle Levy) Amendment Order 2001.

In this order, the Biosecurity (Bovine Tuberculosis—Cattle Levy) Order 19981 is called “the principal order”
.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Maximum rate of levy increased
Clause 10 of the principal order is amended by omitting the expression “$10”
, and substituting the expression “$15”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, increases from $10 to $15 the maximum rate of levy that can be set by the Animal Health Board under the Biosecurity (Bovine Tuberculosis—Cattle Levy) Order 1998.
