Telecommunications Network Operator (The Internet Group Limited) Order 1998: revoked, on 18 September 2008, by clause 3(1)(c) of the Telecommunications Network Operator Orders Revocation Order 2008 (SR 2008/258).

PURSUANT to section 2A of the Telecommunications Act 1987, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title and commencement
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Telecommunications Network Operator (The Internet Group Limited) Order 1998.
(2) This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2 The Internet Group Limited to be network operator
The Internet Group Limited is a network operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications Act 1987.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, declares that The Internet Group Limited is a network operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications Act 1987.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
