Transport (Approved Vehicle Surveillance Equipment) Amendment Notice 1999: revoked, on 1 November 2023, pursuant to clause 10(d) of the Land Transport (Approved Vehicle Surveillance Equipment) Notice 2023 (SL 2023/270).

This notice is administered by the New Zealand Police.
Pursuant to sections 2 and 218 of the Land Transport Act 1998, the Minister of Police gives the following notice.

1 Title and commencement
(1)
This notice may be cited as the Transport (Approved Vehicle Surveillance Equipment) Amendment Notice 1999, and is part of the Transport (Approved Vehicle Surveillance Equipment) Notice 1994 (SR 1994/202) (“the principal notice”
).
(2)
This notice comes into force on 1 March 1999.
2 Approval of AutoPatrol PR-100NZ
Clause 2 of the principal notice is amended by omitting the expression “Transport Act 1962”
, and substituting the expression “Land Transport Act 1998”
.
3 Approval of AutoPatrol SP-200
Clause 3 of the principal notice is amended by omitting the expression “Transport Act 1962”
, and substituting the expression “Land Transport Act 1998”
.
