  • This notice is the Community Work Centre (Tirau Street (Putaruru)) Revocation Notice 2012.

  • This notice takes effect from 12 July 2012.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 12 July 2012, is made under section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004. It revokes the notice that established the Tirau Street (Putaruru) Community Work Centre because that centre is no longer operational.

Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.

Date of notification in Gazette: 12 July 2012.

This notice is administered by the Department of Corrections.
