Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Amendment Regulations 1999: revoked, on 1 April 2010, pursuant to section 186(2) of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006 (2006 No 74).

These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Health.
PURSUANT to the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 1976, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title and commencement
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Amendment Regulations 1999, and are part of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Regulations 19771 (“the principal regulations”
).
(2)
These regulations come into force on 1 April 1999.
2 Schedule 8 amended
The Schedule 8 of the principal regulations is amended—
(a)
By omitting from each of paragraphs (c), (d), (g), (i), (k), (l), (m), and (n) of item 4 the expression “58.45”
, and substituting in each case the expression “78.45”
; and
(b)
By omitting from paragraph (e) of item 4 the expression “54.00”
, and substituting the expression “74.00”
.

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 April 1999, increase the fees set out in Schedule 8 of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Regulations 1977 for the issue of various licences.
Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2019.
