Fisheries (Rock Lobster Total Allowable Commercial Catches) Amendment Notice 2013: revoked, on 30 March 2014, pursuant to clause 7 of the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch and Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice 2014 (LI 2014/80).

This notice is administered by the Ministry for Primary Industries.
Pursuant to section 20 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister for Primary Industries, after complying with section 21 of that Act, gives the following notice.

1 Title
This notice is the Fisheries (Rock Lobster Total Allowable Commercial Catches) Amendment Notice 2013.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 31 March 2013.
3 Application
This notice applies on and from the first day of the fishing year starting on 1 April 2013.
4 Principal notice
This notice amends the Fisheries (Rock Lobster Total Allowable Commercial Catches) Notice 1999 (the principal notice).
5 Schedule amended
In the Schedule, fourth column,—
(a)
replace “193.300”
with “225.500”
; and
(b)
replace “466.900”
with “499.700”
; and
(c)
replace “63.900”
with “44.000”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice amends the Fisheries (Rock Lobster Total Allowable Commercial Catches) Notice 1999. The amendments vary the total allowable commercial catch (TACC) for spiny rock lobster for certain quota management areas as follows:
for the Gisborne quota management area (CRA 3), the TACC is increased from 193.300 to 225.500 greenweight tonnes:
for the Wellington/Hawkes Bay quota management area (CRA 4), the TACC is increased from 466.900 to 499.700 greenweight tonnes:
for the Otago quota management area (CRA 7), the TACC is reduced from 63.900 to 44.000 greenweight tonnes.
This notice comes into force on 31 March 2013 and applies on and from the first day of the fishing year starting on 1 April 2013.

1 General
This is a consolidation of the Fisheries (Rock Lobster Total Allowable Commercial Catches) Amendment Notice 2013 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
2 Legal status
A consolidation is taken to correctly state, as at its stated date, the law enacted or made by the legislation consolidated and by the amendments. This presumption applies unless the contrary is shown.
