PURSUANT to section 16 of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which comes into force on 3 May 1999, revokes the Transport (Waybill Exemption) Notice 19831.
