Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Land Transport Act 1998, the Minister of Research, Science and Innovation gives the following notice.
Notice
1 Title
This notice is the Land Transport (Approved Laboratory and Analyst in Charge) Amendment Notice 2021.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 11 October 2021.
3 Principal notice
This notice amends the Land Transport (Approved Laboratory and Analyst in Charge) Notice 2000.
4 Clause 6 amended (Analyst in charge)
In clause 6, replace “Stephen John Cordiner, PhD,”
with “Matthew Robert Hosking”
.

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice, which comes into force on 11 October 2021, is made under the Land Transport Act 1998. It amends the Land Transport (Approved Laboratory and Analyst in Charge) Notice 2000 by changing the analyst in charge of the laboratory approved for analysing blood specimens.
