1 Title
This notice is the Securities Act (Amendments to Exemption Notices Affecting Australian Issuers) Exemption Notice 2000.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Amendments to notices affecting Australian issuers
The notices specified in the Schedule are amended in the manner indicated in that schedule.

This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
The notice changes references in a number of exemption notices to sections of the Australian Corporations Law that have been replaced by the Corporate Law Economic Reform Program Act 1999 (Australia).
