Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2001: revoked, on 1 July 2011, pursuant to regulation 5 of the Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations 2011 (SR 2011/155).

These regulations are administered in the Department for Courts.
Pursuant to section 18(4) of the Administration Act 1969, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title
These regulations are the Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2001.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 28 September 2001.
3 Commencement of Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations 2001
Regulation 2 of the Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations 2001 is amended by omitting the expression
“1 October”
, and substituting the expression“15 October”
.
4 Revocation
The Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2001 (SR 2001/167) are consequentially revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 28 September 2001, defer the commencement of the Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations 2001 (SR 2001/104) for a further 14 days. The effect of the deferral is that, until 15 October 2001, the fee payable for the issue of a certificate of administration under section 18 of the Administration Act 1969 will continue to be $20.
