Pursuant to section 60 of the Disputes Tribunals Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following rules.

1 Title
These rules are the Disputes Tribunals Amendment Rules (No 3) 2001.
2 Commencement
These rules come into force on 28 September 2001.
3 Commencement of Disputes Tribunals Amendment Rules 2001
Rule 2 of the Disputes Tribunals Amendment Rules 2001 is amended by omitting the expression
“1 October”
, and substituting the expression“15 October”
.
4 Revocation
The Disputes Tribunals Amendment Rules (No 2) 2001 (SR 2001/164) are consequentially revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the rules, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These rules, which come into force on 28 September 2001, defer the commencement of the Disputes Tribunals Amendment Rules 2001 (SR 2001/107) for a further 14 days. The changes made in those rules to fees will now come into force on 15 October 2001.
