These regulations are administered in the Department of Internal Affairs.

Pursuant to section 11(1)(a) of the Status of Children Act 1969, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

  • These regulations come into force on 3 October 2001.

3 Fees prescribed

  • (1) Regulation 3(1)(a) of the principal regulations is amended by omitting the expression “$20”, and substituting the expression “$35”.

    (2) Regulation 3(1)(b) of the principal regulations is amended by omitting the expression “$20”, and substituting the expression “$35”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 3 October 2001, amend the fees payable for search and certification services under the Status of Children (Fees) Regulations 1995.
