1 Title

  • (1) This notice is the Securities Act (Listed Australian Issuers Employee Share Schemes) Exemption Notice (No 2) 1997 Amendment Notice 2001.

    (2) In this notice, the Securities Act (Listed Australian Issuers Employee Share Schemes) Exemption Notice (No 2) 19971 is called “the principal notice”.

2 Commencement

  • This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Schedule 1 amended

  • Schedule 1 of the principal notice is amended by inserting, in their appropriate alphabetical order, the words “James Hardie Industries NV”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, adds James Hardie Industries NV to the list of Australian issuers named in Schedule 1 of the Securities Act (Listed Australian Issuers Employee Share Schemes) Exemption Notice (No 2) 1997.
