These regulations are the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme—Limited Processing Fishing Vessels) Amendment Regulations 2010.

These regulations come into force on 1 July 2010.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2010, amend the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme—Limited Processing Fishing Vessels) Regulations 2001.

The amendments revoke the schedule of fees and consequentially amend or revoke other provisions that refer to fees.
