Pursuant to section 111 of the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which comes into force on 21 October 2002, revokes the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Rules 1988 (SR 1988/213).

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order revokes the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Rules 1988 because, on and after 21 October 2002, they are replaced by the Family Courts Rules 2002.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
