This notice is the Fisheries (Location and Inspection of Registers) Notice 2002.

This notice comes into force on 13 December 2002.

In this notice, the registers means the Fishing Vessel Permit Register, the Permit Register, and the High Seas Permit Register.

The registers must be located at the office of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited at FishServe, Wellington Registry Office, 156-158 Victoria Street, Wellington.

The registers must be open for inspection by the public from 8 am until 5 pm on any day except—

• (a) a Saturday, a Sunday, Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, the Sovereign's birthday, and Labour Day; and

• (b) a public holiday observed in Wellington; and

• (c) a day in the period beginning on 25 December in a year and ending on 2 January in the following year; and

• (d) if 1 January falls on a Friday, the following Monday; and

• (e) if 1 January falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, the following Monday and Tuesday.

The Notice Appointing the Places at Which the Registers Are to be Located and When They May be Inspected 2001 (No F203) dated 24 September 2001 appearing in Gazette No 132 at page 3381 is revoked.
