Securities Act (Industrial and Provident Societies) Exemption Notice 2002 Amendment Notice 2002: revoked, on 1 April 2011, pursuant to clause 12 of the Securities Act (Industrial and Provident Societies) Exemption Notice 2011 (SR 2011/60).

Pursuant to the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission gives the following notice.

1 Title

(1) This notice is the Securities Act (Industrial and Provident Societies) Exemption Notice 2002 Amendment Notice 2002.
(2) In this notice, the Securities Act (Industrial and Provident Societies) Exemption Notice 2002 (SR 2002/404) is called
“the principal notice”
.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Schedule amended
The Schedule of the principal notice is amended by inserting, after the item relating to
“Landbase Trading Society Limited”
, the following item:“Mayfield Hinds Irrigation Society Limited.”
