1 Title

This notice is the Community Work Centre (Cass Street (Ashburton)) Notice 2003.

2 Commencement

This notice takes effect from 15 May 2003.

3 Cass Street (Ashburton) Community Work Centre

The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre to be known as the Cass Street (Ashburton) Community Work Centre.

4 Revocation

The Community Work Centre (Cass Street (Ashburton)) Notice 1998 (SR 1998/363) is revoked.

All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land Registration District containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being Section 454 Town of Ashburton, and being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register CB471/282.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 15 May 2003, is made under section 126 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. It declares the land described in the Schedule to be a community work centre, to be known as the Cass Street (Ashburton) Community Work Centre.

The notice enables the existing centre in Ashburton to relocate from 7 Cass Street to 68 Cass Street.
