Pursuant to section 2(2) of the Trustee Companies Amendment Act 2002, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Trustee Companies Amendment Act Commencement Order 2003.
2 Commencement of section 5 of Trustee Companies Amendment Act 2002
Section 5 of the Trustee Companies Amendment Act 2002 comes into force on 1 July 2003.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force, on 1 July 2003, section 5 of the Trustee Companies Amendment Act 2002. Section 5 substitutes in Part 2 of the Trustee Companies Act 1967 (which relates to group investment funds) new sections 32 and 32A (which relate to reimbursement of expenses and to management fees).
The rest of the Trustee Companies Amendment Act 2002 came into force on 27 November 2002 (the day after the date on which it received the Royal assent).
