Medicines (Deferral of Expiry of Part 7A) Order 2003: revoked, on 22 September 2011 (after expiring on 1 July 2005), by clause 4(a) of the Medicines (Deferral of Expiry of Part 7A) Order 2011 (SR 2011/283).

This order is administered by the Ministry of Health.
Pursuant to section 96J of the Medicines Act 1981, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, and on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which comes into force on 20 June 2003 and expires on the close of 30 June 2005, specifies the date “30 June 2005”
in substitution for the date specified in section 96J(1) of the Medicines Act 1981.
