Pursuant to section 11 of the Bluff Harbour Improvement Act 1952, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Order

1 Title

This order is the Bluff Harbour Improvement (Grant of Reclaimed Land) Order 2003.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Reclaimed land granted to South Port New Zealand Limited

(1)

In the name of and on behalf of the Crown, the land described in subclause (2) is granted to South Port New Zealand Limited.

The land comprises 6.4700 hectares, being section 1 SO 11396, situated in Block 1, Campbelltown Hundred, Southland Land District.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on the day after its publication in the Gazette, grants certain reclaimed land to South Port New Zealand Limited as the successor to the Southland Harbour Board.

1 General

This is a consolidation of the Bluff Harbour Improvement (Grant of Reclaimed Land) Order 2003 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
