Chiropractors Order 2003: revoked, on 6 November 2008, by clause 3 of the Regulations Revocation Order 2008 (SR 2008/367).

This order is administered in the Ministry of Health.
Pursuant to section 14(2) of the Chiropractors Act 1982, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Chiropractors Order 2003.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Recognised qualifications
Schedule 1 of the Chiropractors Act 1982 is amended by inserting, after paragraph (e), the following paragraph:
“(ea) a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chiropractic (BSc (Honours) Chiropractic) granted by the University of Glamorgan, Wales; or”.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the day after its notification in the Gazette, amends Schedule 1 of the Chiropractors Act 1982. Schedule 1 of that Act lists the qualifications that are recognised for the purposes of registration as a chiropractor. The amendment adds to those recognised qualifications the degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chiropractic granted by the University of Glamorgan in Wales.

1 General
