  • This notice is the Takeovers Code (Revocation of Guinness Peat Group plc Exemption) Notice 2003.

2 Commencement

  • This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Revocation

  • The Takeovers Code (Guinness Peat Group plc) Exemption Notice 2003 (SR 2003/173) is revoked.
