Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Amendment Notice 2004: revoked, on 29 September 2015, pursuant to clause 9(1) of the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch, Total Allowable Commercial Catch, and Deemed Value Rates) Notice 2015 (LI 2015/211).

1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Amendment Notice 2004.

(2)

In this notice, the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003¹ is called “the principal notice”.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 30 September 2004.

3 Application

This notice applies to fish, aquatic life, or seaweed taken on or after 1 October 2004.

4 Annual deemed values

Clause 6 of the principal notice is amended by revoking paragraph (a), and substituting the following paragraph:

(a)

the amounts per kilogram specified in the third column of Schedule 1 in the case of the following stocks:

(i)

all stocks of anchovy, blue shark, cardinal fish, frostfish, garfish, ghost shark, green-lipped mussel, leatherjacket, lookdown dory, mako shark, moonfish, paddle crab, parore, pilchard, porae, porbeagle shark, Ray’s bream, ribaldo, rough skate, ruby fish, sea perch, smooth skate, spiny dogfish, sprat, trumpeter, white warehou, and yellow-eyed mullet:

(ii)

the individual stocks JDO7, PPI1A, SCH2, SPO2, SWA(3), SWA(4), STA1, STA2, and TRE2:

5 Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 of the principal notice is amended by omitting the items relating to KIN2 and SPO7, and substituting, respectively, the following items:

Schedule 1 of the principal notice is amended by inserting, in their appropriate alphabetical order, the items set out in the Schedule of this notice.

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which comes into force on 30 September 2004 and applies to fish, aquatic life, or seaweed taken on or after 1 October 2004, amends the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003 to—

alter the existing interim and annual deemed values for quota management area stocks KIN2 and SPO7; and
set interim and annual deemed values for stocks due to come into the quota management system on 1 October 2004.
