1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003 Amendment Notice 2011.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 31 March 2011.

3 Application

This notice applies on and from the fishing year commencing on 1 April 2011.

4 Principal notice amended

This notice amends the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003.

5 Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by omitting the items that correspond to each item set out in the Schedule of this notice and substituting, in each case, the corresponding item set out in the Schedule of this notice.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice amends the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003. The amendments substitute new interim and annual deemed values for rock lobster stocks CRA1 to CRA9 and PHC1. The new deemed values apply on and from the fishing year commencing on 1 April 2011.

The notice comes into force on 31 March 2011.
