Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003 Amendment Notice (No 2) 2011: revoked, on 29 September 2015, pursuant to clause 9(1) of the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch, Total Allowable Commercial Catch, and Deemed Value Rates) Notice 2015 (LI 2015/211).

Pursuant to section 75 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, after consultation in accordance with section 75A of that Act, gives the following notice.

1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003 Amendment Notice (No 2) 2011.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 30 September 2011.

3 Application

This notice applies on and from the fishing year commencing on 1 October 2011.

4 Principal notice amended

This notice amends the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003.

5 Annual deemed values

(1)

Clause 6(a)(i) is amended by—

(a)

inserting “(except for LEA3)” after “leatherjacket”; and

(b)

omitting “RBY4” and substituting “RBY1 and RBY4”.

(2)

Clause 6(a)(ii) is amended by omitting—

(a)

“RIB9, RSK8, SPE1,”; and

(b)

“SSK8,”.

6 Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by omitting the items that correspond to each item set out in Schedule 1 of this notice and substituting, in each case, the corresponding item set out in Schedule 1 of this notice.

7 Schedule 1A amended

(1)

Schedule 1A is amended by omitting the items relating to BNS2, ELE3, ELE5, and GUR3.

(2)

The item relating to BNS1, BNS3, BNS7, BNS8, BNS10 in Schedule 1A is amended by omitting “BNS1, BNS3, BNS7, BNS8,”.

(3)

The item relating to CDL2, CDL3, CDL4 in Schedule 1A is amended by omitting “CDL2,”.

(4)

The item relating to PTO1 in Schedule 1A is amended by omitting “20.00” and substituting “25.00”.

This notice amends the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003. The amendments substitute or add new interim, annual, and differential deemed values for various stocks as set out in the notice. The new deemed values apply on and from the fishing year commencing on 1 October 2011.

The notice comes into force on 30 September 2011.
