Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Amendment Notice (No 3) 2006: revoked, on 29 September 2015, pursuant to clause 9(1) of the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch, Total Allowable Commercial Catch, and Deemed Value Rates) Notice 2015 (LI 2015/211).

1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Amendment Notice (No 3) 2006.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 30 September 2006.

3 Application

This notice applies to fish, aquatic life, or seaweed taken on or after 1 October 2006.

4 Principal notice amended

This notice amends the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003.

5 Annual deemed values

Clause 6(a)(i) is amended by inserting “knobbed whelk” after “green-lipped mussel”.

6 Schedule 1 amended

(1)

Schedule 1 is amended by omitting the items relating to CDL 4, CDL 5, FRO 2, FRO 3, FRO 4, GSH 1, GSH 2, GSH 8, GSH 9, RBY 4, RBY 7, RBY 8, RIB 6, RIB 7, SPE 1, WWA 3, WWA 4, and WWA 7.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which comes into force on 30 September 2006 and applies on and after 1 October 2006, amends the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003 by—

setting interim and annual deemed values for deepwater clam and knobbed whelk stocks, which enter the quota management system on 1 October 2006:
altering the interim and annual deemed values for 18 other existing stocks.
