Pursuant to section 179 of the International Crimes and International Criminal Court Act 2000, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the International Criminal Court Amendment Regulations 2012.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 October 2012.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the International Criminal Court Regulations 2004 (the principal regulations).
4 Schedule amended
In the Schedule, revoke forms ICC 13 and ICC 14.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 October 2012, make amendments to the International Criminal Court Regulations 2004 (the principal regulations) that are consequential on the commencement of certain provisions of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012.
These regulations revoke forms ICC 13 and ICC 14 in the Schedule of the principal regulations.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
Date of notification in Gazette: 30 August 2012.
These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Justice.
