Note
This notice is administered in the Department of Labour.
Pursuant to section 183 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001, the Minister for ACC gives the following notice.
1 Title
-
(1) This notice is the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Accredited Employers Framework) Amendment Notice 2005.
(2) In this notice, the Framework for the Accredited Employers Programme1 is called
“the principal notice”
.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 1 April 2005.
3 Premium
Paragraph 6.7 of the principal notice is amended by—
(a) omitting the words
“For the purpose of calculating such discount the following steps are to be taken:”
; and
(b) revoking steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice, which comes into force on 1 April 2005, amends paragraph 6.7 of the Framework for the Accredited Employers Programme.
The amendments remove the detailed, but incorrect, method of calculating the Partnership Discount Plan discount.
