Residential Tenancies Amendment Regulations 2006: revoked, on 1October 2010, pursuant to clause 3 of the Residential Tenancies Regulations Revocation Order 2010 (SR 2010/257).

Preamble
At Wellington this 8th day of May 2006
Pursuant to section 140 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title

These regulations are the Residential Tenancies Amendment Regulations 2006.
2 Commencement
-
These regulations come into force on 19 June 2006.
3 Principal regulations amended
-
These regulations amend the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1998.
