Chartered Professional Engineers of New Zealand Levy Amendment Regulations 2006: revoked, on 1 April 2016, pursuant to regulation 5 of the Chartered Professional Engineers of New Zealand Levy Regulations 2016 (LI 2016/55).

Preamble
At Wellington this 15th day of May 2006
Pursuant to section 65 of the Chartered Professional Engineers of New Zealand Act 2002, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title
These regulations are the Chartered Professional Engineers of New Zealand Levy Amendment Regulations 2006:
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2006.
3 Principal regulations amended
These regulations amend the Chartered Professional Engineers of New Zealand Levy Regulations 2004.
4 Levy
Regulation 4 is amended by omitting “$50,000”
and substituting “$30,000”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2006, amend the Chartered Professional Engineers of New Zealand Levy Regulations 2004. The amendment lowers the annual levy payable, by the Registration Authority (the Institution of Professional Engineers of New Zealand Incorporated) to the Chartered Professional Engineers Council, from $50,000 to $30,000.
