1 Title

This notice is the Community Work Centre (Wilson Street (Wanganui)) Notice 2006.

2 Commencement

This notice takes effect from 8 June 2006.

3 Wilson Street (Wanganui) Community Work Centre

The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre to be known as the Wilson Street (Wanganui) Community Work Centre.

4 Revocation

The Community Work Centre (Wilson Street (Wanganui)) Notice 1998 (SR 1998/416) is revoked.

All that area of land in the Wellington Land Registration District containing 1 251 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 354737, and Section 255, Town of Wanganui, and being all of the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register 223299.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect on 9 June 2006, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. It declares the land described in the Schedule to be a community work centre to be known as the Wilson Street (Wanganui) Community Work Centre (the Centre).

The Centre is the same centre previously known as the Wilson Street (Wanganui) Community Work Centre, but the legal description of the land is updated to reflect the purchase of some additional land, adjoining the land previously used for the Centre, into which the Centre has expanded.
