Pursuant to clause 6 of Schedule 7 of the Local Government Act 2002 and to section 19 of the Remuneration Authority Act 1977, the Remuneration Authority makes the following determination (to which is appended an explanatory memorandum).
Determination
1 Title
This determination is the Local Government Elected Members Determination (No 3) 2005 Amendment Determination (No 2) 2006.
2 Commencement
This determination is deemed to have come into force on 2 June 2006.
3 Principal determination amended
This determination amends the Local Government Elected Members Determination (No 3) 2005.
4 Schedule 2 amended
The item headed North Shore City Council in Schedule 2 is amended by omitting
“130,039”
and substituting“131,493”
.

Explanatory memorandum
This memorandum is not part of the determination, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This determination amends the Local Government Elected Members Determination (No 3) 2005 by adjusting the annual salary of the Mayor of North Shore City due to a new vehicle being provided as from 2 June 2006.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
