2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 1 October 2006.

3 Principal order amended

This order amends the Fisheries (Over-Fishing Thresholds for Quota Management Stocks) Order 2001.

4 Schedule amended

The Schedule is amended by adding the item set out in the Schedule of this order.
