Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Auckland Regional Council Navigation Safety Bylaws) Amendment Regulations 2006: revoked, on 16 December 2010, pursuant to the Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Auckland Regional Council Navigation and Safety Bylaws) Regulations 2002 Revocation Order 2010 (SR 2010/413).

Pursuant to section 699A of the Local Government Act 1974, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title
These regulations are the Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Auckland Regional Council Navigation Safety Bylaws) Amendment Regulations 2006.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 10 October 2006.
3 Principal regulations amended
4 Schedule 2 amended
The infringement notice in Schedule 2 is amended by omitting
“Address:”
and substituting“Full address:”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations clarify address requirements in the infringement notice prescribed by the Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Auckland Regional Council Navigation Safety Bylaws) Regulations 2002.
These regulations come into force on 10 October 2006.
