Preamble
At Wellington this 14th day of May 2007
Pursuant to section 31 of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority (Nashi/Asian Pear) Amendment Order 2007.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Principal order amended
This order amends the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority (Nashi/Asian Pear) Order 1994.
4 New clause 5 substituted
Clause 5 is revoked and the following clause substituted:
5 Product group recognised for nashi
The body that was known as Nashi New Zealand Incorporated immediately before the commencement of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority (Nashi/Asian Pear) Amendment Order 2007 is the product group recognised for nashi.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, amends the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority (Nashi/Asian Pear) Order 1994 to substitute the name of Nashi New Zealand Incorporated as the recognised product group for nashi.
Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2012.
Date of notification in Gazette: 17 May 2007.
