Food (Fees and Charges) Amendment Regulations 2007: revoked, on 1 March 2016, pursuant to section 447 of the Food Act 2014 (2014 No 32).

These regulations are administered by the New Zealand Food Safety Authority.
Preamble
At Wellington this 28th day of May 2007
Pursuant to sections 42 and 42A of the Food Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice of the Minister for Food Safety given after consultation by the Minister with such organisations or bodies as appeared to the Minister to be representative of persons likely to be substantially affected by the regulations, and on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title
These regulations are the Food (Fees and Charges) Amendment Regulations 2007.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2007.
3 Principal regulations amended
These regulations amend the Food (Fees and Charges) Regulations 1997.
4 Interpretation
The definition of hourly rate charge in regulation 2 is revoked.
5 Regulation 4 revoked
Regulation 4 is revoked.
6 Waiver of fees and charges
Regulation 5(1) is amended by omitting “clause 1 or clause 2”
and substituting “clause 6 or 7”
.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2007, substitute a new schedule of fees in the Food (Fees and Charges) Regulations 1997.
