Pursuant to section 119 of the Wine Act 2003, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title

These regulations are the Wine Amendment Regulations 2007.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 1 July 2007.

3 Principal regulations amended

These regulations amend the Wine Regulations 2006.

The Schedule is revoked and the Schedule set out in the Schedule of these regulations substituted.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2007, substitute a new schedule of fees in the Wine Regulations 2006.
