    At Wellington this 28th day of May 2007

Pursuant to section 190(1)(b) of the Personal Property Securities Act 1999, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

  • These regulations are the Personal Property Securities Amendment Regulations 2007.

  • These regulations come into force on 1 July 2007.

  • Regulation 21(1)(b) is amended by omitting “$5” and substituting “$3”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2007, lower the fee for renewing the registration of a financing statement under the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 from $5 to $3.
